Booking and cancellation of massage appointments

• Massage appointments can be booked online at the earliest 2 months in advance and at the latest 24 hours according to availability. Booking by phone or e-mail is unfortunately not possible

• Massages are only possible up to 24 hours before the appointment via the cancellation link in the confirmation email you received for your booking. Cancellation by phone or e-mail is unfortunately not possible.

General, legal and organisational information

• All massages can be paid in cash or TWINT after the massage.

• Massages that have already been paid for and not taken are not transferable and cannot be refunded.

• Booked massages that are not cancelled in time (see above) must be paid for.

• Personal data and information is treated confidentially by Praxis Relaaax. Data will not be passed on to third parties. An exception to this is the passing on of data for organisational reasons to authorised employees and companies.

• Insurance is the sole responsibility of the client. All liability is rejected.

• All prices include value added tax (VAT)

• Prices are subject to change at any time. Massages already booked will be charged at the booking price.

• Place of jurisdiction: Zurich, Switzerland.
